Need Help - Unable to click

Hello Everyone,
I need a solution for a game call Heist [2001] by Virgin Interactive.

By using DxWnd I am able to run the game but unable to click using my Mouse. I faced the similar problem on my previous laptop but using a tool I was able click and play. Problem is I completely forgot the name of that tool. So far I understand it's happening due refresh rate or frequency mismatch.

Please help me out, if you can. Thank you in advance.
