So NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER released today, i love the game but it has black bars.

It's using the Unreal Engine 4.

Try this, universal Unreal 4 widescreen fix. Usually works on Surround, not sure about 21:9. Try it though, might work:

1. Navigate to Engine.ini file. It's usually found in the "WindowsNoEditor" folder. You might have to look in Documents or AppData in your username folder. Look for the game name as the folder or the company who released the game as the name.
2. Open Engine.ini
3. Add this line to the file:
[/Script/Engine.LocalPlayer]
AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV
4. Save the file, close it and play.

Actually i've tried that already, i found this method through google.

finally i've managed to remove black bars . the problem is this game has Easy Anti Cheat , i dunno it'll working on online mode.

since EAC must be blocked on firewall, can anybody test if EAC blocked then online features e.g multiplayer still running ? sorry i can't test because i don't have legit copy that game.

Make Sure download all parts > Extract in part01.rar > Copy And Replace NARUTO-Win64-Shipping in NARUTO\Binaries\Win64 and EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll in EasyAntiCheat Folder > Play a Game

The fix is not working i guess D: it says wrong version etc etc when I try to launch, i think the game updated a few days ago and it's on v1.05.00 (?) and the fix doesn't work.

yup this is latest version , are you replaced EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll ??

try this method open firewall create new rules inbound and outbound
first blocked EasyAntiCheat.exe in program path here C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat

second same as above make sure blocked EAC naruto in installation folder program name NARUTO.exe,

then delete folder easy anti cheat folder in
EasyAntiCheat Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\EasyAntiCheat

then copy and replace NARUTO-Win64-Shipping in NARUTO\Binaries\Win64
