To have a 1920x1080 resolution on my PC I had to use decimal 39 (hex 0x27), so I think the values may differ from configuration to configuration.

I'm not a programmer, but I suppose is something related to directX and "enumeration" of Modes for the videocard.

So I would like to know if there is a tool that gives a list of all resolutions supported by the videocard in DirectX (modes) and the "code" for each mode (that number to put in the registry to make it work at that specific resolution )

Mine is decimal 15 for 1920x1080 but to get 2560x1080 (21:9) i took it to decimal 18

It definitely varies from system to system

The best way to find out your own is to increase the default number (13 in my case) by 1 & each time take a screenshot (SHIFT+Printscreen) then paste it into your paint program & go to "resize" then "pixel" & that will show you which resolution that number is for
huh?
