'dual mon' eyefinity + 4K, 4 screens.

i've got the 4 screens in my config running in surround, limited to 3150x1680 due to the middle one, gonna upgrade to an amd card so i can run 3360x1920.

i want to get a card sufficiently powerful enough and with 4 video ports so i can attach a 1080p tv and later a 4K screen to the side of the eyefinity array.

i wish to sometimes play games on the array and sometimes play games on the tv without changing cables and settings (other than changing what the primary monitor is)

will it work?
i'm not too worried about performance, rx570 ought to be enough.
