Mass Effect Full Screen

I have tried to get Mass Effect to display properly on my LG 29UM58-P ultrawide 21:9 monitor. I applied the fixes and suggestions I found here on our site. Still can not get it to display properly.

I am running a NVidia GTX960 2560x1080 (native)

My Mass Effect games are all from Origin and not steam version 1.02 With the release of Mass Effect Andromeda I wanted to play through trilogy before launch. Any assistance would help. Oh and I am playing on Windows 10 Pro.

I just get a letter box and when I do apply the fix, the aiming off to the left and what dialog options I can see are screwed to the left as well.
