Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 black bars issue

Hi

First of all I want to thank you all the hard work you've done here. I really appreciate it.
My problem is that PES 2017 doesn't support any 21:9 resolution at all.
There is one program which can change the resolution to any desired value, but no matter what i do, it's still remains in 16:9 mode with black bars.
I think it's using the same engine as Metal Gear Solid V has : Fox Engine
