Re: Skyrim: Special Edition widefail
Even though we managed to fix our HUD problems I'd still be interested in knowing how Hayden's FWS fix for the original Skyrim works

Indeed, as that seems to be a realtime ratio fix.
Better yet, Bethesda, when is the UI fix coming out, in your first patch you say, oh, how nice of you

They still haven't fixed properly Fallout 4's ultra wide aspect ratio, so I wouldn't hold my breath for an official fix. Which is crazy, but Bethesda apparently is not aware of the 21:9 aspect ratio.

Re: Skyrim: Special Edition widefail
For any interested these are both working solutions. I tested them since i have triple wide and my granddaughter is on 21:9. They will hold us till Flawless gets updated. NOTE: loading screens are still blown up and the FOV is not addressed. a true fix requires flawless to inject data to rescale everything including the viewport.

Fix for 5760x 1080 (just because at the time of this writing the link from rdunlap above is incomplete)

Re: Skyrim: Special Edition widefail
Just saw this mod "QD Inventory SSE" and used it and it looks really good. As SkyUI isn't ported and probably will not just use this mod. But it only changes the inventory only

Re: Skyrim: Special Edition widefail
Or just convert the 2.2 version of SkyUI that you can download from their nexus page
I'm sure nobody would mind a modified release of that for our small community..

Re: Skyrim: Special Edition widefail
I'm still having problems with the crafting/ alchemy menus not being lined up.
Re: Skyrim: Special Edition widefail
QD Inventory SSE has a 21:9 version, it works pretty well and is a bit more like SkyUI.
Then there is the attached file, which i think is self explanatory.
Sovngarde is a nice font replacement for the whole game btw, looks pretty sexy.
