Corsair spec 2 case
Evga 600 watt bronze power supply
Asus z170-e Motherboard ( crossfire & SLI)
Also I'm gonna add
120 gb ssd, 1td storage drive, 2 extra case fans, 1 sound card to run simvibe & windows 10.
The gpu is were I need all the help the max my budget would allow is a 1070, but would I need a 1070 if I'm locking everything at 60fps @ 60 hz.

Hi, and

:welcome

If you have the budget for a 1070 i'd recommend a 1070.
Why? When do you plan to upgrade? Do you want to buy new GPU in 2 years? If not, there will always be newer games that need more performance.
Also, most game reviews take a look at the average FPS. But what about the min FPS? What good does having 60fps average do if you still have 45fps min ?
More power is always better if you can afford it.
We gonna send it to outa space!
