OBS settings for recording 3440x1440 at 60fps?

So I am looking to record Overwatch gameplay at 60fps preferably. Also preferably at my native resolution, or if not feasible then at something that will still look decent though more importantly the 60fps than the native resolution. Since Overwatch has a lot of fast motion, I was wondering the optimal settings to record said gameplay to files on my computer without hitches. I have a 4790K CPU and a Titan X for reference. This is my first time trying OBS so if anyone can help as it's not a normal 1080p situation I would be very appreciative.
