Hi,

I've been reading the forums for years now, but never actually made an account, but now the day has come :twothumb:
I've been using triple monitor setup since 2012 and I cannot see me moving back to 1 monitor ever, some people ask: what about 4K? well the day we get GPUs powerful enough to run 3x4k monitors I might give it a go

But the first time I tried triple monitor setup was long time ago, more than 15 years ago, around 1998, I had to use 3 PCI graphics cards, 3 samsung syncmaster 3 monitors and the game I could get to work in multiple monitors at the time was UNREAL, but I had to run it in window mode to set resolution, it didn't fill the complete 3 monitors but around 2 and half, but unfortunately the 10cm bezel (5cm each monitor at least) didn't make it viable to use 24/7.

Welcome to the site.

Good old Unreal. I'm not surprised that game was able to function in semi-surround back then. I still believe that the UT99 engine is a marvel of simplicity, power, features, and moddability. To this day I can still fire up my dedicated server and conduct awesome LAN matches of CTF-Face, Dm-Hyperblast, etc.

Take that, all you modern, AAA-titles with no longevity.
