Widescreen Fixer in Dead Space - Not Working

I must be doing something incorrectly. I see where is says the game is active, but it says "No" under Fix Enabled. How do I enable the fix?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

UPDATE - literally five minutes after I posted this I figured it out.
