World Of Warcraft & Nvidia Surround Issues

Hello. I have just finished my new build and am enjoying the extra real-estate that a triple monitor setup provides. As expected however this doesn't come without a few hiccups.

I love to play World Of Warcraft. I especially love playing with three 27" monitors in Nvidia Surround. There are some issues that are pretty big.

1. Chat boxes are incredibly over-sized as well as the scrolling text. My damage numbers and XP gained take up most of the middle screen.

2. The map and bags are pretty far away (The corner of the right monitor)

3. Character creation screen is totally washed out and too bright.

Is there a fix for these issues as of yet? Thanks and have a great day.
