Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition

Hi, I just got a 21:9 monitor and I've been trying to get Dark Souls to work with it, but have had no luck so far and existing information hasn't helped either sadly.

When I switch the resolution in-game and in DSfix.ini (2560x1080), all I get is a black screen so even if Widescreen Fixer is working I can't tell.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

scroll down to find dark souls and download the rar. replace the the new dll with the old one in widescreen fixer\plugins folder

Also, if the black screen persists after that or the game kicks you back to a 16:9 ratio you might need to enable "Reduce DVI frequency oh hi-res displays"
