I just installed a GTX 760 into my system to replace an HD 6950. One of the things that the Nvidia drivers lack compared to AMD, is display profiles that enable or disable monitors which can be linked to keyboard shortcuts or desktop shortcuts. I have a projector in another room that I switch to and this is pretty much a requirement.
The method can be found after "Option Two" in this link:

This will create a clickable desktop shortcut that does the same function as the Windows Key + P shortcut. This is important to me because when using my projector I don't have access to a keyboard and control the mouse with an app on my phone.
You may have to experiment with what does what on your computer. According to Windows 7, my surround resolution is "projector only" mode and my projector is "computer only" mode. Once you have that figured out you are good to go though. Hopefully this helps somebody else out
