Sim City 4 patch DOES NOT work for me.

I've tried using the UniWS patch tool. It finds my Sim City 4 cfg, but the option to patch never becomes active. I cannot figure out how to get it to run at 1680x1050.

And yes, I leave it in 800x600. I've tried editing the shortcut. Nothing. Works.
