LED monitor purchase - need advice

Hi all,

I'm looking for a new screen, nothing too fancy, but I do have some ground rules, where I was hoping some of you guys might be able to point me in the right direction. Spent the last 6 years on laptops and I do not really know what monitor to get. Following parameters should be present:

1920x1080 native resolution
24 or 27 inch
IPS panel
minimal back bleed
low ms
