Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a sandbox-style action-adventure computer and video game designed in Britain by Rockstar North (formerly DMA Design) and published by Rockstar Games. It is the second 3D game in the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise and sixth original title overall. Vice City draws much of its inspiration from 1980s American culture. Set in 1986 in Vice City, a fictional city modeled after Miami, the story revolves around Mafia hitman Tommy Vercetti, who was recently released from prison.
After being involved in a drug deal gone wrong, Tommy seeks out those responsible while building a criminal empire and seizing power from other criminal organizations in the city. The game uses a tweaked version of the game engine used in Grand Theft Auto III and similarly presents a huge cityscape, fully populated with buildings, vehicles, and people. Like other games in the series, Vice City has elements from driving games and third-person shooters, and features "open-world" gameplay that gives the player more control over their playing experience.

I'm considering all of the flaws (except the HUD stretch and complex solution) to be "minor SP anomalies." Let me know if you think any of them are more severe than that.

I was planning on doing one but I was having problems with the hack not responding.

I could try and get it working again. I think when I redefined keys the shortcuts got scrambled.

I didn't see one, but saw that a lot of discussion had gone on about the hack in San Andreas.

The link hack doesn't work with the Steam version, and Racer_S' fov hack is blocked for download on Google Drive (supposedly it contains a virus.) I've found a copy, in case anyone else needs it:

I can re-confirm that the link on the FRONT PAGE works 100%. You have have to reload the game one or twice. Extract "GTAVC_widescreen_fix" to your Vice City folder. It also seems virii free:

I have been going through the older GTA games on PC in surround and the ThirteenAG fix works with surround.
http://thirteenag.github.io/widescreen_fixes_pack

With the current version of the fix, you will notice that in surround mode the camera jerks around a lot when you drive close to something like a building, tree, or under a stoplight. I worked with him and we came up with a script you can install with the latest version of CLEO (2.0.0.0 is also compatible with the Steam version, btw). This script will be integrated into the next release of the fix, but until then you can find it here:

Unfortunately, in surround the crosshair is in the wrong place. I notified him of that too, but he said that might take a while to fix.
