Descent Triple Monitors- How did he do it?

If ever there was a game that needed a reboot and triple monitor support it's Descent. I have all three and I'm burned out with Call of Duty and Battlefield franchises so I went looking for some kind of multi-monitor fix for Descent the only thing I found it a couple of Youtube videos of Descent 2 running triple monitors but the OP didn't explain how he did it.

It's a little over a year old so maybe there is hope.

Are there any config files? Or are there any registry entries for these games? Usually with old games (I'm looking at you Unreal), you can find the config, replace the resolution with a surround one and pray nothing mucks up.
