Portal 2 Split Screen with Multiple Monitors

Hi everyone! I hope this would be the right subforum to post this in, I figured it fit best here.

Anyway, I'm working on a List of Single-PC Multiplayer Games for the PCGamingWiki and was wondering if I could get some information on this. While I'm specifically asking about Portal 2, any other games which you've done this on would be appreciated.

When I made the original reddit thread on this topic, some people mentioned they were able to get Portal 2 Split-Screen to work on two different monitors, where each player was able to get a separate screen for themselves. Someone also said this was possible with Left 4 Dead 2. Unfortunately, none of them responded to my inquiries on doing this myself and my Google-fu is weak. Does anyone know how this is possible? I think a lot of people would like this option as it seemed to be mentioned somewhat frequently in the discussions about this topic.
