Anybody have a Step by Setp Surround Setup?

Hey, I'm going to be doing a video on nVidia Surround, but I don't have any hardware, nor do I know anybody near me with the hardware.
Can somebody write out a Step by step Process of enabling nVidia surround complete with screenshots of nVidia's Control Panel for each step?

I'll give you a shoutout in the video. Thanks in advance.

Infact speaking of that video and the one Skip did for Eyefinity, Skip, why didn't you put them in their respective forums and sticky them and why are they not in the FAQ? Because they should be

Nvidia has a nice config tool online. It show you the system requirements and how you can connect all the monitors.
