So I'm currently using 3x 24" monitors (2x DVI + 1x Mini-DP > DVI) and hoping to alos add a touchscreen monitor.
I am not sure whether or not this is possible do to needing to use the Mini-DP adapter to connect a third monitor. Does anybody know if this is do-able?

Well, as far as I know, the 5870 you have can only do 3 monitors. You'd need another card.

well, ther might be some tricks as MST Hubs or Daisy Chain to get more Monitors.
But basically you can't use 2x DVI + HDMI together!
Other Problem, touching a Touchscreen will lose Focus on every other application in Windows. that's what kept me from buying one :(

The only mst hubs that work with 5870's are the DP 1.1 ones. Meaning, they are basically TH2Go's.
