Are we allowed to submit more than one wallpaper?

If we do, is only 1 of them counted in the contest (that seems fair to me)

You can submit more than one, but you can only win one key. We've got a number of keys to go around.

Post by Nox Deleo »

My first (ever) try at wallpaper creation...might redo this one before competition end since I clearly didn't use enough feathering on GIMP's scissor tool when cutting out the car, plus a few other touchups wouldn't hurt. Also unfortunately with mixed screens I'm 4080x768 eyefinity (outer monitors are 4:3 with squashed 1360x768), so can't get a proper idea of how this one'll look on normal screens.

Tried something a little different :).

I've always preferred wallpapers that are more like real textured wallpaper than photos, so I quite like this one. Maybe I'll be crazy enough to tar up my walls to match...hmm...no too far.

Wow, i really want a code !

Post by ryandigweed »

Been working on this since a couple of hours after i found out about this competition :)

I would really love a code of Dirt Showdown as i really love dirt games, and this one seems to be the best, because of all the dodge-em cars, car derby kind theme. :D I really love the old school cars they have featured in this edition :)

I hope this is good enough. Will try to squeeze in another submission, but I'm not sure if i can. :(

Thank you AMD for the keys, and thank you Wide Screen Gaming Forum for giving them away :) I hope there are enough of codes to go around :)

Also, i found this contest in your newsletter. :) Thank goodness i was subscribed for the newsletter :)

EDIT:

Just realised that the picture i attached before was tiny due to uploading limit. Here's the full image :)

Are you guys trolling or have I missed something?

DiRT Showdown doesn't even support EyeFinity - so what is this all about?
That's one of the biggest jokes I've seen on this site so far. It's pretty ridiculous and unprofessional to be honest.

The game has not even been rated for multi monitor solutions yet but at the same time you are glorifying EyeFinity+Showdown.
Actually with a single monitor you can most likely see more and drive much better since the FOV isn't so messed up.

You are highly disappointing me there. Instead of doing these useless contest, push Codemasters and AMD to give proper EyeFinity support.
The game has been patched today but they didn't fix it. Not sure if we will see any further patches at all.

WTF are you talking about?

Post by Blevar »

WTF are you talking about? Ofc it supports Eyefinity - and it looks grate with it... And the game is HOR+ so you can see more with 3 monitors than with one only.

See the diference? Where do you se messed up fov?
