Counter Strike Aspect Ratio

hey guys i have dell 20" widescreen monitor and 9800GTX.... I am playin counter strike on 800*600 and my desktop resolution is 1600*900...i need to change the aspect ratio to square pixel so that whenever i launch counter strike i have black bars on the right and left hand of monitor.. please can some one tell me how to get those black bars and change aspect ratio?..

What graphics you using?
You need to adjust how the display is scaled.

Alternatively learn to aim and stop using a low res like all the other lil cheats out there.

actually i have managed to get side black bars on my desktop but when i launch game it again stretches to full screen. i am using nvidia 9800gtx
