Need help with 2 games: Black Hawk Down and MVP2004

Anyone know of a config file or .ini for either of these 2 games? I was hoping since Madden had a ini file that MVP would have one as well, but the file in My Documents is not readable using wordpad or notepad. I also haven't been able to find anything for BHD.

I don't think either NBA 2004 or NHL 2004 worked, so don't put too much stock in Madden being an example for the whole EA Sports line.

None of the EA sports games suport widescreen. :(

Right, but he was asking about .ini edits, and you can do that with Madden, although I guess it is just stretched. It doesn't look bad on my DLP. Better than 800X600 in the other two I mentioned.

For BHD you can try and edit the dfv.cfg, but I am not sure if it would do anything.
