I was finally able to get a hold of the old 1.01skidrow version instead of trying to use the Steam version. I've gotten the cheat table working so that I can adjust Resolution, Aspect Ratio, and FOV, but I'm still having an issue. When I try to adjust my resolution I've tried changing the value for ASM move array pos to everything from 1 to 7. Each change gives me different resolution choices, but the highest I can get it to give me is 5040x900 when my native resolution is 5760x1080 or 6052x1080 bezel-compensated. Does anyone have a clue as to why higher resolutions would be missing?
I think my limit of 5040x900 isn't related to Driver or the Cheat Engine hack. Turns out a lot of my other games are defaulting back to 5040x900 since I installed the latest beta catalyst drivers version 12.2. Had to go back to my Battlefield 3 settings, for example, and manually change back to 6048x1080. Pretty strange, since I've never used 5040x900 as a preferred or default resolution for anything. I'll chalk it up to beta drivers and the changes AMD has made to allow for custom resolutions.
Anybody know a fix for 3D Vision. The frame rate is capped at 60 with no 3D and of course, 30 with 3D enabled. I tried all the normal stuff, v sync and so on.
