Trackmania: Sunrise is a racing/puzzle game from Nadeo and Enlight Interactive. It is the sequel to Trackmania, and like it, it features both a racing mode, and a puzzle mode where you must build a track through an obstacle course and then race on it, with completion in the shortest amount of time possible your ultimate goal. Trackmania Sunrise adds improved graphics, wilder track components like corkscrews and loops, a "platform" mode where the track emphasizes tough jumps and has a retry limit instead of a time limit, and "crazy" mode where you must race a series of ghosts, each one increasingly fast.
I tried that game just now. Works fine with 1680x1050. Oh and I have the retail version if someone wonders. I saw no graphical problems, just wide-wide-widescreen gaming. :D
It's not just glitches I'm looking for, but any miscellaneous problem that is caused by using widescreen. The most common problem is that the game is vert- or stretched during certain gameplay segments when it's hor+ most of the time.
Really nice arcade racing game. I tested demo version with 1920x1600 resolution. I didn't notice any problems with graphics. So, I think it's now "Confirmed" to work with that resolution too.
I have played most of the game (version 1.50 witht he free extreme pack) @ 1680*1050 and have not found a single glitch with widescreen. Great game, TONS of fun and a KILLER track editor.
