Quality Monitors for Eyefinity?

So with Black Friday Prices as amazing as they are this year, I'm looking to buy 3 brand new monitors for my new video card. Here's what i have:

Video Card:

The only Specifications I'm set on at the moment is i want it to be either 3 x 1920x1080, or 3 x 1920x1200, and they have to be LED. Any suggestions?

i think 1 6950 will struggle in modern games with 3x1920x1200
either go 3x1680x1050 or get a better vid card
