Hello there,
just got my triple setup and connected 2 of my U2312HM with MiniDP->DP Cables. The third one is connected via DVI. Ive setup eyefinity and all works good so far, except for the tearing.
I tried different driver versions (currently using 12.9 beta) and installed windows new. I activated VSYNC in CCC options, but nothing worked. Still this shitty, which is especially annoying while watching movies.
Do I have to switch to nVidia or is there a solution? Maybe I am missing something?
Is there a fix for tearing?

Using 2311H i never had tearing.
The only way to 100% get rid of tearing is to use the same connection i.e. 3x Displayport cable without adapters!

The tearing using mixed
The tearing using mixed inputs was fixed with Catalyst 12.6 beta and it was still running fine in 12.8 WHQL, but unfortunately was broken again with 12.9 and later drivers. I've been pushing AMD as much as I could on this issue since I found it out, I hope they will fix it again in a new driver update.

Dang. I was excited. I saw this thread and thought maybe it was finally fixed! http://www.wsgf.org/forum/forums/multi-monitor-gaming/amd-eyefinity-discussions/21682/fix-eyefinity-tearing-already-avai
Guess not though? Would going down to 12.6 fix it? Any reason not to go to 12.6?
