hi all im having abit of a problem with my eyefinity setup i changed the gfx drivers from 11.8 to the new 11.9

since then my 3 x 24" 1920x1080 (5760x1080) is now being seen as 4 monitors @ 1440x1080 (5760x1080)

ive changed the drivers back twice uninstalling first ofc but mpw it wont see it as 3 monitors

it shows 3 in the ccc ,and when i config the eyefinity it lets me set it as 3x1 but as soon as i click done it changes to 4

racking my brain to see whats changed but i cant see for looking

I7 920 @ 3.6
6g pc 1600
asus p6t mobo
5870 saphire vapourX
1 64g ssd win7
2x50g raided ssd's steam games
1 x 1 tb hdd

Once I tried to find what's caused CCC fail installs (and it was Driver sweeper, I know now) and spend 4-5 days to fix this problem and.. reinstalled windows, and CCC installed successfully after.
You can try to install windows to another partition to test

I've been having the same problem since updating to the latest drivers (BF3 beta required an update). My 3x1920x1200 (6048x1200 bezel compensated) has come up as 4 monitors ever since. it's otherwise perfect so I haven't bothered trying to fix it. If it requires a new install of Windows to fix this then I likely never will until something is really broke.
