Folks,
I am looking to install my GTX 680 with a 4 monitor setup (all 4 are the same brand). I would like to use 3 of these to create a 3D surround view in fullscreen mode (in FSX).. The 4th monitor I would like to use as an accessory display (for websurfing, maps, utilities etc.)
I understand it is possible to create this setup using a windowed mode for FSX. However I have not been able to determine if a fullscreen mode will allow this as well.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

The accessory display doesn't
The accessory display doesn't "go dark" with a fullscreen Surround application running, but you can't directly interact with it without Alt-Tabbing out of the game, as any fullscreen application forces mouse and keyboard focus to that application. You can still use it for RSS/IRC monitoring, system monitoring with Rainmeter/Samurize or whatever, or have a browser open in it to Alt-Tab to...
