Hi,
Lately since upgrading from 12.3 I've had flickering on the DP connected screen. Turning on Vsync or rolling back to previous driver fixes problem. I think my DP adapter is by Powercolor or Saphire. Anyone recommend a better DP adapter if that is the case?

PS: XFX 6970 Trifire in Eyefinity running three Samsung PX2370s.

You DP is probably fine, the
You DP adapter is probably fine, the flicking your seeing is called screen tearing, it can happen when the frame rate changes or if the framerate gets to high. If changes drivers or turning on VSync fixes the issue, then your DP adapter is fine.
