16:09 custom/compatible resolution.

Post by Gorostiza »

Im sorry my english is not good.

I have 16:10 monitor, maximum resolution = 1680x1050
Time ago I needed to use 16:09 aspect ratio on my 16:10. That is easy changing to 1600x900. But I found a better choice, some resolution between 1600x900 and 1920×1080. So the black bars was smallest than 1600x900 and that resolution was near to my nativa so I could have bigger image.

I found that custom resolution googling.. I found it and I added that custom resolution to ATI registry.
The problem is that I reinstalled my OS and now I cant find how is that resolution, I cant remember the numbers and Im 3 hours googling and I dont find it, all info I get is standards resolutions.

Maybe someone here could help? thank you.
