Diablo III - FoV/Aspect Ratio

So after doing some research into multi monitor gaming I am trying to figure out how to modify the FoV/Aspect Ratio for a single monitor.

When expanding Diablo III out over 3 monitors or changing the aspect ratio you get the advantage of being able to see a bit further out. Is there anyway that the same fix could be applied to work with only one monitor?
