Couldnt see this fix mentioned here for Retribution, but it suffers from the same stretched main screen bug as Chaos Rising when you first start it in triplehead. Fix is easy (and same as Chaos Rising) though:

In XP:
"My Documents/My Games/Dawn of War 2/Settings/configuration.lua"

In Vista/Windows 7:
"Documents/My Games/Dawn of War 2/Settings/configuration.lua"

Within this file are the specific settings to change:

"horizontalmonitorcount" - (Default: 1) - The number of horizontal monitors in your Eyefinity setup. This will make sure the game UI is rendered on the center monitor.

"uiscale" - (Integer, Default: 100) - The percentage to scale the game UI, tweak this value to your liking.

You can also toggle Vsync via
setting = "vsync",
value = 0 (for off)
value = 1 (for on)

I note the UI is properly centered by default (I didnt change UI Scaling) on 5040x1050.

DOW2/Chaos Rising and Retribution have seperate folders under My Documents/My Games, did you definitely edit the Retribution one?

I did check that oddly if you modify one, the others will update as well. I had to exit eyefinity to get the game past the setup screen. it simply would not resize. so annoying. but I'd like to get back to my eyefinity setup, it amazes me that AMD put their stamp of approval on it.

Ok, wide screen play aside, this was a ridiculously short single player game, no more then 3-4hrs of simplistic play. Not only that but they've reduced , yet again, the players ability to choose and interact with his load outs. The game has been made even more linear and frankly it's boring, with graphics that have not advanced since the first game and feel very out of date, how this game is a stand alone and 3+gig is a complete mystery to me. This plays like a 1gig or less DLC add on, I paid full price for what should have been no more then a $20 add on pack. Disappointed hardly covers it, THQ/relic have done this a few times, Homeworld series was one of them Each instalment was smaller, more restrictive and less fun then the previous, you would think that they would understand that by the time a player gets to the 3 instalment they want more input and control not much less.

I'm done with this series, the next one up is suppose to be a 3rd person shooter . Recommendation: borrow it for a day, because that's all it will take to finish it, then return it to your buddie.

Fear I must agree. I was really looking forward to this, and it's taken me an evening to complete the SP. OK, only one race, but all the races have the same missions, with slightly modified scripts and cutscenes, so it's hardly 'six seperate campaigns' - the way they marketed it.

Should have learned from the Dark Crusade/Soulstorm thing. :(

Chaos Rising was cool, but this is just... less than it could have been, and far less than it should have been. :(
