up grade help for 3 monitors

hello guys,
First I apologize for my bad English, I hope not to make too many mistakes.
I am looking for information to configure my PC using 3 monitors.
I want to be able to get 1920x1080 x 3 with three 22-inch monitor. 22 or 24 what better?.
I usually play with rfactor and mod1979, maybe someone has already tried?
I want to be sure to get the best resolutions, the best fps and play at 100% way
this is my current configuration:
Intel 2.40 GHz Core 2 600quad Q6
Asus Tek Computer
P5Q-PRO
4GB Ram DDR2 400.9 MHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 1GB GDDR3 Crossfire

Can I save something or should I change everything?
What monitor do you recommend to buy?
I was thinking of buying two SAPPHIRE TOXIC HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 PCIE in crossfire. going well? are enough? Do you recommend another?

i looked the 5970 Toxic 4GB but is very expensive (more than 500 euro) but if is the only way to do what i want.... i do it :)

Is it better to change the processor?

Hello. All you neet to change really (so far) os your graphics card.
But u actually dont have to go a for the most expensive. A single cheap 5850 card will actually be enought. The requrements of new games has only raised a little since 2007
