Have you 2 made a US account and downloaded that client?
I have an EU version of the game and account existing, so I'm waiting to be able to use that :)

I played through the opening and a bit of the area after that and saw nothing what-so-ever that made me want to play it instead of numerous singleplayer RPGs I need to get around to. For MMO fans though it seemed like a good one.
