What do you mean by worry? Are you worried about performance? Or worried about it not working at all? Well it should work but performance will be slower.

I mean, can eye infinity handle those 3 tv? I heard somewhere it could only work with tv up to 30" and yeah performance too if I play recent game in 1920X1080 will that work smoothly with good graphics?

If the resolution is the same, then it'll work. But its gonna look weird to have your side screens be that much smaller.

One thing you have to take into consideration is displayport. I dont know if DP is a common input on HDTVs, so you might have to get an adapter.

I just used Eyefinity on 3 HDTV's last weekend. 52" 46" 32" it actually scaled pretty well. Unfortunately, since the 32" was only 1366x768, I had to use that across all 3. But it look alright.
