about a year and a half ago, i was running eyefinity across 3 monitors(1600x1200) , never once did i receive any flickers, even when i decided to replace the center monitor with a 32" TV and put the two side monitors in portrait mode.

one of my monitors died on me shortly after that and i haven't run a 3 monitor setup since then, however just recently i replaced said monitor and tried to hop right back into widescreen gaming, however i noticed that one of my monitors flickers.

at first i thought that it was a problem with the monitor itself, but then after researching, i realized that it was actually because that monitor was connected via DP to my GPU. The "flickering" so to speak is the monitor turning off for a second or two, then on, then off and on again and again. the funny thing though, is that this only happens when i'm in eyefinity mode, not in extended mode. i'm not sure if that's what's going on with everyone else in this forum (did some reading around) but i just thought i might throw that extra piece of information

running a Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 Toxic edition, using the Mini DP - DP adapter that came with it and http://accellcables.com/products/DisplayPort/DP/dp_dvi_sl_active.htm

any ideas?
