Mini DP to VGA adapter for eyefinity.. does it work?

From browsing the fourms i understand that a "Displayport to VGA" adapter works for eyefinity (3x24" - 3x 1920x1080) however would a "Mini Displayport to VGA" adapter work for eyefinity with the 5970? The other 2 connected in Dvi ofcourse.

An adapter like the following:

Edit: Or should i use a "Mini dp -> DP" then a "HP DP -> vga"

All VGA adaptors are active adaptors so it should work just fine. :)
I am due to be getting 3 of them dongles myself, along with 3 dvi's.

Is one of those DVI adapters going to be active? Otherwise the E6 card can only use 2 Passive DVI / HDMI adapters

Indeed will be, 2x passive dvi, 1x active dvi, cheers for checking/heads-up tho suiken_2mieu ;)
