Need for speed world supports eyefinity :D

Post by CILLER »

Hey guys, I don't have the time to create a detailed report but I want to submit some information regarding need for speed world closed beta.
It supports triple screen and is fully HOR+. The only problem I have found so far is that it doesn't seem to find my highest bezel compensated resolution.

Cool, although shame that the HUD has been shifted to the far edges, hopefully this will be resolved in the full retail like it is in NFS:Shift.

Excellent, wonder what the specs will be to run at 6100x1200 maxed out, hopefully ati willhave finaly fixed the crossfire + eyefinity issues by then.
I dont mind the hud been near the edge as it gives you a nice clean center where you can just concentrate on driving or crashing depended on how well you can drive, but it would be nice to be able to choose where to have it.

I am also in the closed beta and this is news to me. It probably only works if your desktop resolution is a surround resolution.

Mobster007, your reply has given me an idea.
I can confirm that the highest available resolution in game the same is as your desktop resolution.
That also was the reason that I couldn't select my highest bezel compensated resolution. I don't run windows with bezel compensation...

I didn't bring this up on this forum already because I didn't know about the NDA situation. Are you sure you were even allowed to make this topic?
