That looks rather dope and interesting scaling of the HUD :D.

Thanks for the shot, Thran, and bravo to Blizzard. That presentation is terrific, even if the HUD could use a little centering.

Anyone in the multi-monitor business should be giddy about SC2 now, especially for the Korean market. :D

Playing this in TH looks, daunting. I wonder what would cramp up first, your neck or your arm?

Well you won't be able to use it on battle.net when the game comes out I'm sure of that it took me about 2 hours to even setup the game without stretching it horribly. It is hope tho that someone can do a better job than I can on this, I am not even close to centering the hud on the middle screen haha.

Edit: also this game looks like its made for 6 monitors originally or someone on the blizz team tried eyefinity on it. When you originally load full screen with eyefinity on 3 screens its only the top half with the bottom cut off.

The problem is selling two thirds of your game separately as "expansions." A single Terran campaign is not a complete Starcraft game. Not even a crazy long Terran campaign. I'm not buying this until they sell the whole thing in one box either (though I'd easily pay sixty bucks for it).

This.

Perhaps I spoke too soon.

So the shot you posted isn't a natively supported display config by SC2? What did it take to get it running like that?

DaFox has reported that a friend of his has been playing SC2 in triplehead without trouble, so the state of the game isn't too clear ATM. I'm assuming everyone is using identical beta code, right?

Mine is not supported natively. I'd like pics of his if it is working out of the box as he says cause mine definitely did not on my setup it looked horrid and the fov was horrendous.

Edit: anything wider than 16:9 is definitely NOT supported natively and its been pretty clear on blizzard forums they think multi monitors is cheating and even deleted a post I made about eyefinity support.

Eh that was a friend 'on the inside' and he just tried it out once, like a year ago. So as I said things could have changed since then, and it seems they have :(

Well nuts. With the apparent nice treatment of 16:9 and 16:10 I thought Blizzard might have gone one further and made happy with TH/EF. Oh well. Whenever I might acquire this game (not until a complete box set for sure) it seems to be hackable for surround. Also wish they had elevated the camera a bit, but I shouldn't ask for too much now, should I? ;)
