Phantasy star online v2 (increasing the resolution)

This is a game from the dreamcast era, when v2 was released a port was also made for pc, i have enabled several things into the game using ATI tray tools, but there is one thing that i never found a way to change and that's the resolution.

There is a more recent game of it and it supports 4 resolutions (despite the series beeing the same, it's a tottaly diferent game), but this game doesn't have any option, it has the same resolution dreamcast had, that's 640x480 i believe.
The game does look good with antialising, but lacks the ability to show detail and i want to change that.

Details:
- game has no option ingame or in the loader to alter resolution
- The resolution changer i found here didn't work
- In the registry there is nothing regarding resolution
- There is no ini in the game instalation with this info

My guess this standart resolution is in the game .exe, how would i aproach it? what tools to use? is there another way? is there a program i could use to change the resolution?
