I just got triple monitors, Left is 1080p, middle is 3k res and right is 1080p. Even though you said you were in contact with nvidia about it. I just though i'd throw out I do not suffer this issue on a 2080 ti founders card.
I am on Windows 10 and Driver 430.86, so it must not effect all users or only effects windows 7 or maybe you makes your card that third party like EVGA etc.
