I am just a regular gamer...how do you do this? How to hex edit the game for it..

Download HxD, open the game's .exe in HxD, Ctrl + F, change "Datatype" to "Hex-values"; if you're using 2560x1080, change the value op used exactly. If you're using 3440x1440, FIND: 39 8E E3 3F and REPLACE WITH: 8E ...

Copy patcher to the game folder ( Ruiner\Binaries\Win64 ) and apply patch to Ruiner-Win64-Shipping.exe

for 3840x1600:
