You are right it does still work, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong before.

Was working great until the last game update on steam, is there anything I can do to get it to work again by changing something in the lua file that comes with the exe?

Mass Effect Andromeda has been updated to 1.10 now and no fix is currently working for me. I can confirm that the 3d vision fix does not work with AMD.
