Does that mean it's using a single scaler to only get 30Hz?
IMHO still not worth it as not 60Hz or higher, just got to wait for the tech to get there.... it won't take long to get there, I hope anyway
Fully agree with you here, 30Hz is not acceptable for desktop and gaming use IMHO, although I am ...

Re: Half-Life 2 3x monitor 5760x1080 not an option
I think you're native resolution shows up under the "16:9" AR. Try looking there (of course, make sure that you're actually using Nvidia Surround to span your 3 monitors into one large display before starting the game).

Re: GRID 2
Just wanted to mention that if you have an auxiliary monitor with an Eyefinity setup, the game does not center the HUD, menus, videos etc... Same issue as with pretty much all other Codemaster games. Still very playable of course.

Re: Metro: Last Light
Since both Metro games suffer from the same problems at multi-monitor resolutions (i.e. the incorrect x-y mouse sensitivity correlation), makes me wonder how they didn't notice this problem because they obviously put some work into ensuring a centred HUD at such resolutions...

Re: AMD Catalyst 13.5 Beta Released
The mouse-looking-weird bug has occurred for me for a long time, longe before the 13.x drivers. I'm using 13.3 currently but when I upgraded to 13.5 Beta 2, my 4th auxiliary monitor seized to work completely in Windows. It would show up as working as it should under the the Control Panel but the ...

Wow, Helifax, thank you so much for this. Works perfectly!
I was actually ready to send you the retail disc of the game
Again, thanks, really appreciate it and all the work you do in this community, especially the Widescreen Fixer.

Re: Witcher 2 Enhanced - Steam Version Eyefinity?
Hi Helifax, I just recently acquired the retail version of this game (which is essentially the GOG version, except on a Disc) and after installing it I realised that the Widescreen Fixer does not support the 3.3 GOG version of the game. Any chance of a fix for this version of the game? Would it be ...

sure is pci-e 3.0 faster. but i don't think you will hit the bandwith limit on 2.0 with a titan on 5760x1080. in SLI maybe.
Cool, well I think that's settled - I'll just get another SSD and a Titan card...or two So expensive.
Well, let us know how the Titan handles that resolution.

Re: 23" 2400x1600 monitor (small eyefinity) for 100$
This is pretty amazing! Although two isn't suitable for gaming due to the bezel being in the middle but once you get the third monitor, you'll have yourself one kick-ass setup.

I think it is also pretty undeniable that AMD beats Nvidia in performance at pretty much every price point this generation (That's just raw framerates now, nothing else, so don't hate please). And of course I do agree that there are other things to consider.

That's absolute bullcrap. They might have burned out but you can be sure it wasn't from using Eyefinity. How does that even make sense?

Re: Think I'm ready for 3x1L
Agreed. Get a 7970 instead. Crossfire is a very driver dependent technology and combining that with Eyefinity can give you headaches. It would be worth it if you were to get something like 2 7970s or 2 7950s of course (like me, I wanted the extra power).

Re: What's the point of 5x1P setup?
Personally, I don't think 5x1P is such a bad idea. Some people don't like the big FOV since it makes the fisheye effect so obvious. You still get a pretty high FOV (see the FOV calculator) and you get a HUGE resolution of course which some people like.
