I think you need to put a check mark next to " enable DX11" in options because when I uncheck this box it goes all streachy like this.
Also if I play this game in windowed mode, I dont get crossfire support :(

Re: Arma II Operation Arrowhead Nvidia Surround questions
Another question I've come across is about the TrackClip Pro for the TrackIR. How long is the cord? Can't find anywhere with this information even in reviews. Maybe that's because its long and a non-issue but I'd like to know.
Thanks again.

Re: Homefront
I find Homefront runs better at 5040 x 1200 and add (-compatscale=4;-d3d10) to your steam launch options. You can also turn off stuff like FPSsmoothing=false and a few other ones too.

Re: 4870 X2 and 3840X1024
Is your matrox firmware software and driver all up to date from matrox.com?
you can always try softTH software with that ATI card plus another smaller nvidia card like a 8800.

Re: 4870 X2 and 3840X1024
Try running your matrox software set-up wizard and try selecting diffrent settings ie.(triplehead) to see if 3840 x 1024 or 3 x (1280 x 1024) shows up for selection. What type of monitors do you have? Are all 3 the same identical?

Arma2 movie (3840 x 1024) TH2GO
Here is a Arma2 video I recorded awhile back when I still had my Matrox Triplehead2go set-up at 3840 x 1024. Using Arma2 & Arma2 Operation Arrowhead as Combined Operations with the ACE2 Mod. I am also using Track IR.

Yes that should work. Here is a similar MDP active adapter:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815309008
good for ???? x 1080 or under resolutions
If for some reason that dont work you may need something like this.

Re: Eyefinity 6 5870 3rd monitor wont enable
I had the same issue, but with this type of an adapter, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815309008
and I could only ever get 2 monitors working at one time :( I am pretty sure its because I am running 3 1920 x 1200 monitors. The above adapter only works on 1080 monitors ...

Re: Will this upgrade be worth it?
When I use only the first memory slot on my MB (slot closest to CPU) to test each individual 2GB stick, the pc turns on but i get a blank screen and nothing happens. however It does work (boots up)when I put it in the second slot when testing each stick though. Is this normal?

Yes I will do that next. What kind of ram do you recommend I buy for my set-up. Money isnt really a factor because I dont want to cheap out on ram this time.

Re: Will this upgrade be worth it?
Ok so I tried running test with option 1.) V3.5 (default) and it stopped at (test 5% ) (pass 0%)
I then tried option 3.) V3.4 and it seems to test only 4GB (4056M)instead of all 8GB, but regardless it came up with 3 errors and test is still running (pass 29%) so far it shows 2 errors on slot 0 ...

Will this upgrade be worth it?
I am considering an upgrade to a i7 950 cpu but I would also need a new socket 1366 Mother board, maybe the The Asus Rampage Formula III GENE would work great for widescreen gaming in junction with my ATI 5790? It seems like I am always screwing around or fixing some kind of issue with my current ...

Re: Is 3x19" worth it?
maybe you could keep the 24" and flip 2 x 19" (16:9/16:10) wide srceen monitors 90 degrees so they are in portriat or maybe it would work better with 2 x 18" monitors or maybe even get 2 x 19" monitors at 4:3 (non wide screen) then you dont have to flip them then. Just a though :)
