Last time I checked, the "tile" option really only works if your main monitor is the left one. Otherwise the wallpaper "starts" on the main monitor and wraps from the right side over to the left.
Good point, but I tend to keep my left monitor as my main one anyway, so I've not minded the ...

I'm surprised that the following info isn't mentioned more in the desktop wallpaper discussions:
If you want to span an image across all of your monitors, this works as long as the resolution is equal to the total you have available: Just choose "Tile" in the wallpaper options in Windows 7 ...

Thanks guys. I've got a lot of searching to do on the forums before I start posting my questions. So far I like the 3 monitors a lot, but find it annoying that more games don't support them or have bezel management.

I went ahead and got 2 that are 33ft and still have 1 that is 25ft. I can't tell a different, but I set the side monitors with the 33ft cables just in case it makes a difference. That way my main monitor will be the one ahead. I couldn't pass up the deal, since I got hooked up with good Manhattan ...
