Finally, a replacement for my 5x1P! Let me just pull out my credit card....
On a serious note, though, this has me super excited. I've been waiting for a 4K 21:9 display. Now that one exists, hopefully we'll see them in more reasonably sized packages in the next couple of years. Unfortunately, we ...

Re: Leak - Dell U3415W 1440p 21:9 IPS Panel
This makes me hopeful that we'll see a 21:9 display @ 2160p at some point. Considering that it has a pixel count 5% higher than 5x1P and has NO resolution compatibility issues, it would be a wonderful replacement to 5x1P @ 1080p. Thanks for the article, and keep up the good work!

Re: Our AMD Radeon R7 & R9 Reviews
Can't wait to see the results! Glad to hear that you're throwing a Kill-A-Watt at it too. Powerswitch let me borrow one for a while. I'm shocked at how little power comes from the screens and how much comes from just the GPU and processor.

Re: Piracy and cracked releases
Piracy is wrong on principle. If you were never taught that stealing is wrong, or you have not managed to come to that conclusion yourself, then I can't help you.
It is impossible to request 'proper' arguments if you cannot accept the basic ethic that stealing is wrong and damaging in and of ...

Re: modify/flash monitor EDID for orientation change
You can change the orientation on a Windows level. Why do you need it in the EDID? The only EDID software I've found will make changes on Windows, not on the monitor.

Re: Piracy and cracked releases
I feel like I have a worthy opinion on this because I've gone from pirating.. well.. about everything to a Steam account with over 700 titles on it. Piracy, at its heart, is an economic problem. I must emphasize that it is NOT theft. Making a copy of something without having paid the associated fees ...

Re: Touchscreens - Surround?
Need a little bit more information regarding what's happening. As far as I know, I haven't seen a successful tri-touchscreen. So I'm not sure if it's possible. I'm assuming there's an issue between the touchscreen calibration software not properly differentiating between absolute and relative ...

And yes, I'll gladly tool around with it and do some video review. I can leave collateral or add my Razer Hydra to the borrowing circle if you'd like.
I'm so excited, you have no idea.

Sorry for the large picture size, but the stand is great! when i received my shipment, i was missing an extra pivot joint, and the 5-segment bar. Ergotech worked with me to fulfill the rest of my order with no extra costs. i was up and running about 3 weeks ago, but wanted to make sure everything ...

Re: Hardware idiot seeking 5x1 advice
I built my 3 screen 3840x1024 setup about 7 years ago, and I haven't kept up on technology since then. As a result, I'm still in the DVI age, and know nothing about display ports, mini display ports, etc.
I've decided to step out of the stone age and upgrade to a 5x1 6000x1920 setup. I've done ...

Re: Different Multi-Monitor Setups Comparions
This is a great post, thank you! By the way, Suiken, I tried that ToastyX program you found and it worked perfectly. I can now run 3x1P, 5x1P, 1080p, 1024x768, and 640x480. You officially increased my compatibility, so thank you!
Keep up the great work.

Okay, resurrecting a dead topic. I've tried everything to fix this, from registry edits to lord knows what else. So here is the process to take care of this...
First, disable the setting that puts the taskbar on a single display while in Eyefinity, it's only going to make things difficult. Don't ...
