Ever since after 10.3, if I activate the overdrive in the CCC my DP monitor flickers... haven't found a way around so far.

From 10.3 until latest 11.5a, if I enable AMD Overdrive in the control panel, I always have flicker on my DP screen in my eyefinity setup; anybody have the same problem?

Can't believe there is no post so far on the Catalyst 11.2 :nudgenudge

Well, again, I think the 10.6 were by far the best drivers; least problem, gd fps, as now it keep going down and down and down..

Same here; 10.10 works well, while any upgrade with later driver gives flickering on the DP monitor.. Rolled back to 10.10 and problem solved.

I'm having a very bad flickering on the DP monitor with those 10.12; was working perfect with 10.10 sigh..

Guys if any of you have the ATI 2GB Radeon 5970 what is the Frames Per Second you are getting/expected on triple monitor on the following games,taking into consideration of :

monitors(5760 x 1080)

High/highest gfx settings etc

The 3x1-P CFX support was added in 10.7. Are you using any DP adapters?

Nope: 2 x DELL U2410, one plugged with DP, then other DVI, and 1 x dell 2407wfp plugged with DVI.

Anything after 10.3 I couldn't play any games in portrait, not even 10.8 so I gave up and turn them landscape.

Well, not sure i can explain HOW the game finally launched; i uninstalled, reinstalled, then installed all patches, then launched and it works..

However, in 3x1 landscape is horrible; either it's possible to adjust FOV, or I wish ATI was making portrait mode working properly ...

Hmm, either my Search skills are not very good, or the post have been removed.. Google didn't give much info neither..

Thanks - Pls post once you've tested. I can't launch a single game in 3x1 portrait from 10.4 to 10.7
With 10.3, l4d2 and bioshock were working only, not coh, not singularity etc

I finally gave up and swap my 3x1 portrait to landscape - Almost all games are working fine with the 10.7, while none were working on portrait mode..

-> 10.7 are supposedly now working for portrait - Anybody can confirm?

Another major disappointment - While the flickering is SLIGHTLY reduced, can't load any games with drivers older than 10.3

hey i did that regedit thing and it shows there its resolution is 5040 x 1050, but still when i start the game it doesnt show it as multiscreened. and in reg it shows it again on 1680x1050 ? anyone know how to fix this ?
